Workshops and classes are scheduled periodically and are primarily held in Southeast Michigan locations. Request email notification of upcoming workshops and classes. You can also schedule a workshop for your conference, meeting group, or as part of a retreat experience.
Current and Upcoming:
* Digging for Treasure. This is my favorite and most popular workshop — I try to hold it at least twice a year. Last year I was invited to give it in Denver, CO. In this workshop we let our Spirits come out and play and learn a transpersonal practice that is a delightful way to access our inner wisdom. Like messages that come in dreams, this form of mandala making and word play allows us to tap into our subconscious and get a glimpse into our rich inner lives. We will leave this workshop with two personal pieces of spiritual art and a new level of self-awareness and connectedness with others. October 23, 2010. 1:00 – 4:00pm. $40. Workshop: Life of Mythic Proportions
Experience the power of telling your life story using ancient and modern symbols, archetypes, cultural references and elements of mythology. Telling your story in this manner is empowering and healing. Witnessing the story of others brings personal and communal healing. No background in symbolism, mythology or creative writing is required. Approximately 4 hours.
Fee: $50, minimum enrollment of four students.
Workshop: Digging for Treasure
Experience a unique approach for tapping into your Higher Mind through creative expression. We’ll go on a creative journey that brings forth images and messages from the unconscious—resulting in two pieces of spiritually meaningful artistic expression. Past participants have raved about this experience! Approximately 4 hours.
Fee: $40, minimum enrollment of five students.

Class: Meditation Basics
Experience and learn about the benefits of the meditative state and altered states of consciousness and awareness. Learn to tap into your inner wisdom, gain focus and clarity while reducing your stress level. We will experiment with several meditation techniques (like using color, sound, breath and depth psychology) to discover what is right for you at this time. Classes entail a combination of instruction, discussion, experiential practice and journaling.
Fee: Pre-registration $10 per class, drop-in $12 per class, minimum enrollment of four students.
Class: Creative Flow
Learn what creativity is, how we are truly all creative, and how to apply creativity to the arts and beyond. These experiential exercises will more fully open the channels to our inner creative well source.
Fee: Pre-registration $10 per class + 1x $10 materials fee, drop-in $15 per class, minimum enrollment of five students.
